Liability Waiver

I assume all liability for enrolling and participating in classes with Natasha and Inspired Motion. I understand that all physical activities carry risk, and that it is possible for an injury to occur despite best practices and precautions. I take responsibility for assessing the safety of my dance environment and my physical and mental state, in order to make appropriate choices for me. I take responsibility for checking with a health care provider if there may be concerns about participating in a dance or exercise class, following their advice, and using modifications as needed. I understand that I can opt out of any activity, or ask Natasha for modifications or alternative exercises.
