Pay-what-you-can Valentine’s Ballet

A multi-level class focused on moving well and having fun. Exercises are based around a beginner ballet curriculum, with added challenges for more experienced dancers.

Beginner Ballet

An ongoing, weekly class working on the foundational steps of ballet and building strong technique by breaking things down, asking questions, and trying out different movement strategies — a great fit for absolute beginners, and experienced dancers who want to slow down and unpack their technique.

If you have injuries or accommodation requests that you’d like me to know about ahead of time, this is the spot!

Liability Waiver *

• I assume all liability for enrolling and participating in classes with Natasha and Inspired Motion. I understand that all physical activities carry risk, and that it is possible for an injury to occur despite best practices and precautions. I take responsibility for assessing the safety of my dance environment and my physical and mental state, in order to make appropriate choices for me. I take responsibility for checking with a health care provider if there may be concerns about participating in a dance or exercise class, following their advice, and using modifications as needed. I understand that I can opt out of any activity, or ask Natasha for modifications or alternative exercises.
